The lower down in the food chain that you are the cheaper legal problems are for instance you get stopped at a check point and they figure out that you are drunk driving with their population they might charge them a little bit and let them go with you they are going to charge a bunch more and hey if you are smart you are going to pay as much as you have too so that the thing doesn't get written down because if it does you are in deep dodo. 

You might have to to a ATM and use your credit card like a California bail bondsman to keep yourself out of jail, but that is going to be way better than if you get put into the system where you hire a lawyer,  find out he is cousins with the judge and the prosecutor, and they get you into a whipsaw and clean you out with the threat and very real possibility of you going into a local jail for a while.  Guss what, you call the embassy and they are going to have a local  tell you that you should not break the foreign countries laws and we will get a message to your people so that they can start sending lots of money to get you out!
